Key Deadlines and Conditions
- First installment: payable on or before 30 September 2026. The remaining installments fall due at the end of each subsequent quarter thereafter.
- Default surcharge: in case of default, a surcharge will be levied from the due date of the defaulted installment at the rate of KIBOR + 1%.
- Mandatory full payment: full payment of Electrification Charges is mandatory at the time of Completion / NOC for Mortgage / Transfer of Plot / B & C Lease.
- Cancellation risk: DHA reserves the right to initiate cancellation proceedings for plots remaining in default for a period of six (6) years from the effective date of this policy.
